My wife mentioned a musty odor in our bathroom and we decided to have the room tested for mold. I called two other companies which weren’t very helpful. Luckily the third called turned out to be a charm. The staff at Charlotte Mold Remediation were very friendly and super helpful. They answered all the questions that I had and sent their team out to my house the very next day. They were very thorough during the mold testing and just as promised I had my results in two days. They will be coming out next week to start the mold removal process and I look forward to working with them. I feel very comfortable having them in my home as is everyone is very professional and courteous. more

Customer Care 10/10/2013

These guys were the second most affordable mold removal company that I called but they were by far the most knowledgeable. Ron the mold inspector explained why we should and shouldn’t do some of the everyday things in our home that can possible cause mold to grow. Other companies I called didn’t explain much of anything to me which is why I chose Charlotte Mold Remediation to handle our mold removal job. more

I must say that Charlotte Mold Remediation is an exceptional company compared to other mold inspection companies in Charlotte, NC that I have had experience with in the past. Their staff always has a calm presence and patient manner which is a great help when the customer’s frustration is in most cases at an all-time high. Their knowledge of mold, air quality and remediation is impressive and educational. There are courteous and friendly as they investigated our office and answered all of our questions. This company is absolutely an asset to the city of Charlotte, and they provide a service that’s absolutely necessary. more

I hired Charlotte Mold Remediation to come out and consider a spore sampling last month. Their service was absolutely second to none, both with respect to costs and completion. Every item was promptly handled by Ron their supervisor. I received my repots in the promised two day turn around. It was very thorough and easy to understand. It also proper focused on the next critical step of mold remediation. Charlotte Mold Remediation answered all of my questions. Mold testing is a very stressful moment once you know that it is in fact a problem. It takes a true professional to gather the data to lead to a proper remediation in order to make that area safe again. This company is professional in every respect. At no time did I have a problem and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone in need of mold testing or mold removal services. more

First Class Service 9/13/2013

I called Charlotte Mold Remediation and Ron showed up to our house less than an hour after we had a small flood. He was very professional and walked us through the process of what needed to be repaired, dried, dehumidified, etc. Ron left his equipment for a few days. The next day he called us to check to see if everything was ok. At the time, everything was drying out as he had explained.The next day, after we had failed to call a plumber, we found that our house had flooded again. This time much worse. We called Ron and he came out right away. He performed his job exceptionally well again and covered all bases. He took care of all the damage and removed everything that was destroyed. After all the machines had removed any moisture, he again performed his tests and let us know the area was clear. Ron and his crew left our house spotless. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Ron and his crew at Charlotte Mold Remediation. Ron represented your firm as well more

Literally a breath of fresh air 8/29/2013

My wife and I went through several mold remediation contractors in the bidding process to repair our home in Charlotte, NC. After sorting through nearly a half-dozen, we went with Charlotte Mold Remediation because they had the lowest bid and actually the most thorough contract and explanations. While the worry over "getting what we paid for" crossed our minds, all worries were put to rest in the end. Everything looks great and we can already breathe the difference in the air. Excellence 8/17/2013

Due to a wet spot that I noticed on the ceiling in my foyer I called Charlotte Mold Remediation to come and do a mold inspection. Their crew showed up the very next day to get to work and start the mold removal process. The original estimated quote never changed and they were very knowledgeable and professional. I am thrilled with their work ethic and timely manner in which the job was complete! 5 stars all across the board for Charlotte Mold Remediation! more

I was immediately overwhelmed when my property manager called to tell me the tenants living in my rental house had noticed signs of mold. I had no knowledge of mold, the mold remediation process, or most importantly how much services such as these could potentially cost. I called Charlotte Mold Remediation and the person who I talked to was very caring and made me feel very comfortable putting this problem in their hands. They made the whole process from the initial mold testing, down to the mold remediation process itself hassle free. They also took the extra step and helped me file the paperwork needed for my insurance company. Above and Beyond 7/30/2013

About a year into my lease I noticed the air duct was not working properly. I called Charlotte Mold Remediation and their crew was on site within the hour. Shortly after arrival they discovered that the entire crawl space was full of water which had been causing mold. Not only did Charlotte Mold Remediation remove the mold and dry out the air duct they helped my landlord negotiate with his insurance company to minimize his out of pocket expense. Charlotte Mold Remediation went above and beyond to make this situation as stress free as possible! more

This is the second company I have used 5/25/2012

This is the second company I have used for mold removal in my basement apartment. The first one is not worth mentioning they were horrible. Charlotte Mold Remediation was professional, on time and on budget. They were a pleasure to work with and very prompt with everything they had to do. If you have any mold issues do not hesitate to call them. They have a list of other services on their website. I have only used the mold removal and if that is any indication of how they work I would not hesitate to use them for any of the other services they provide. more

While deployed, my wife contacted your company for an assessment of what we thought was mold. Charlotte Mold Remediation let her know that the mold was merely on the surface, and it would be no problem to take care of. You all could have easily taken her on a ride, and scared her into doing major work. I appreciate your honesty. more

I will never use another company again 3/28/2012

My childhood home was severely damaged by a storm. Not only did it have water damage, but because of an earlier leak, there was mold damage, too. My parents were living in the home so I called Charlotte Mold Remediation and they arrived quickly. Not only am I grateful that I called but my parents couldn?t believe how compassionate, helpful and hardworking they were. I?m happy to say that the water and mold damage is now just a memory, but I will never forget the kindness and the quality workmanship of Charlotte Mold Remediation. Charlotte Mold Remediation returned my call right away after I inquired about a mold inspection. They were at my home the next day. During the inspection they were very extremely informative and knowledgeable about mold, air quality, and many other things I never even knew were in my home. The quality of my test results were so detailed. But most of all Charlotte Mold Remediation took the time to listen and ask questions about my concerns as if they were taking care of their own home. more
