I was immediately overwhelmed when my property manager called to tell me the tenants living in my rental house had noticed signs of mold. I had no knowledge of mold, the mold remediation process, or most importantly how much services such as these could potentially cost. I called Charlotte Mold Remediation and the person who I talked to was very caring and made me feel very comfortable putting this problem in their hands. They made the whole process from the initial mold testing, down to the mold remediation process itself hassle free. They also took the extra step and helped me file the paperwork needed for my insurance company. Thanks to Charlotte Mold Remediation my tenants are happy, and I'm satisfied knowing that my home is clean and free of mold!
