I must say that Charlotte Mold Remediation is an exceptional company compared to other mold inspection companies in Charlotte, NC that I have had experience with in the past. Their staff always has a calm presence and patient manner which is a great help when the customer’s frustration is in most cases at an all-time high. Their knowledge of mold, air quality and remediation is impressive and educational. There are courteous and friendly as they investigated our office and answered all of our questions. This company is absolutely an asset to the city of Charlotte, and they provide a service that’s absolutely necessary.
