They seem to be fair, they seem to be very focus, and they communicate very well. I have a 2006 Lexus ES330 that is a salvage vehicle, that I brought to them after I bought the car from a private party. After I bought it, I noticed some issues, so I took it to Charlies Garage and they pieced it together to get me on the road. My Lexus is working just fine since the repairs. I had a 93 V6 Toyota Camry and a Ford Taurus they kept it on the road and took care of it.
