Chardon Hills

Finally got out of this place after a year and a few short months. Manager really likes to pick on people so Beware! I was told I couldnt park in the front row because my ""hatchback"" was a station wagon?? Um, my car is classified as a hatchback according to chevy. Kicked out of pool because I didnt call first that I was bringing a guest. Lets see there were 5 people there that day. Told my boyfriend had stayed more than 10 days in a 45 day period and had to fill out a form and do a background/criminal check...first of all no problem, but She is that bored that she is watching out the window and recording how often he stayed?? GET A LIFE! Dont waste your money here!!!! Its more of a hassle than anything, plus not to mention in the winter they SUCK at keeping sidewalks and parking lots clean. I fell a total of 7 times!!! more

I only applied for an Apartment at Chardon Hills. This is my story.\r \r Chardon Hills does not require a credit check (My Credit is A-1). However, they do require a background/criminal check. This is why I was denied: \r \r 1) I separated from my Wife in 2004. I received a minor misdimeder ticket because of an argument with Wife.\r \r 2) My Criminal and driving records are absolutely perfect. this place was a rip off... 700 a month and you cant even hang up curtains or you will get a violation. you cant back in your car and god forbidd you leave your car parked for more than a day they towe you without even saying anything.. they dont even tell you where they took it too... trust me not a good place at all! more
