This place has gotten a lot of bad reviews but honestly I've been here 2 years and I don't think its that bad. Here are some pros and cons
Cons:
-rent is a little high
-management is a little awkward, not mean just socially awkward
-neighbors not really social but nice and not creepy.
-pool hours (not really bad but they don't open it until 11am and are closed at least once a week for cleaning)
Pros:
-All utilities are included except electric and my bill for a 1 bedroom and 2 people is rarely over $30 maybe $35 in December
-Heated pool, it is usually very clean and warm
-mostly quiet, I have neighbors all around me and the only people i ever hear are the ones above me...they have a drum set...and a baby
- Maintenance is very nice and quick to respond. I had an emergency in my kitchen and they were at my apartment in 20 min to fix it. If its not an emergency, like if your garbage disposal isn't working or something, it takes maybe a day or two.
-Super close to a lot of stores and fast food
As far as all the rules, yeah there are a lot but I don't think they are that unreasonable and because of them the complex is really safe and secure. Parking by the sidewalk for instance: they don't let trucks park there. reason? because trucks are bigger than sedans and the row of spaces by the sidewalk doesn't have enough room for a truck to turn around in. Also they don't let you back in by the sidewalk. Reason? Because they have problems with people parking too far in and blocking the whole sidewalk. Also backing in causes more accidents.
Idk all I see on here is a lot of complaining for nothing. I will post another review after we move out and let you all know if we encounter any problems with security deposit etc. hope this helped!
