Outstanding service from Tom Andrews on my 2013 Elantra Hatchback. 8/26/2016

I left my car with Tom Andrews because the car was at its next service interval. As always, Tom took care of everything that my car needed and explained everything to me when I returned to pick up my car, which was washed and ready. I've been fortunate to have Tom as my service manger for many years. more

Love their service! - Make it look nicer? 7/13/2016

While Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale is not our closest dealer, the level of service we have received there means we will keep bringing our '11 Sonata back. The Service Advisers always seem to want to help us with no thought to adding on additional services. I can tell that, if we felt we couldn't afford the "cabin air filter" at this service, the Adviser will let us hold off until the next visit (or later). All Chapman needs to do is to expand/decorate/or just make their service entrance reflective of their advisers! more

Lisa Baca is an awesome service advisor! From the time I pull my car into the service bay, I'm greeted with a smile. I feel assured that I'm leaving my vehicle in very capable hands and the maintenance service is always explained thoroughly. The shuttle driver is always friendly and courteous as well. more

Always: efficient and friendly service, fair pricing 4/18/2016

I bought my 2nd Hyundai from this dealership-used. I bring it here for Hyundai service items. Always friendly in person and on the phone. Always give accurate price quotes ( cheaper than the other Hyundai dealership that's 15 miles closer to me). Ready when quoted. For friendly service and fair pricing this the place to go! more

Great Customer Service 2/17/2016

I recently purchased a 2016 Hyundai Elantra at the Hyundai Dealership in Scottsdale on McDowell rd. The people at this location are Awesome! I had my first oil change. Tom was person who did the service on my car. He is very helpful and informative. You can tell he know his stuff about the cars that come into his shop. I will always bring my car to this dealership because I know my car will be cared for properly & efficiently. more

Recent service work 12/11/2015

Very positive. Had scheduled my service with my regular service attendant who was off ill day of my appointment. Lisa stepped in seamlessly and took care of my appointment in a professional and efficient manner. Car was returned sooner than promised and all the service was done professionally. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with her attentiveness and her professional caring manner. You are fortunate to have such an excellent employee. I say that after owning my own automotive transportation company knowing the value of Importance of a employee. more

Great service 11/7/2015

The service was great. I had an appointment and arrived a few minutes early. They got me right in with an oil change, rotate tires, multi point check and car wash within an hour. Lisa is always so friendly & nice. more

Great job Chapman Hyundai 10/29/2015

Based on the way I was treated and the way the work was performed I would say this dealership is different than the "norm". The people I dealt with courteous, attentive and seemed to be very honest. The work was done well and my car was spotless when I picked it up. more
