While Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale is not our closest dealer, the level of service we have received there means we will keep bringing our '11 Sonata back. The Service Advisers always seem to want to help us with no thought to adding on additional services. I can tell that, if we felt we couldn't afford the "cabin air filter" at this service, the Adviser will let us hold off until the next visit (or later). All Chapman needs to do is to expand/decorate/or just make their service entrance reflective of their advisers!
