If it were possible to give the liars and con men at Chapman Dodge a negative one rating I would. I spent about an hour online, and on the phone getting a price from Woody - a salesman at Chapman for a new Dodge. I asked him repeatedly to tell me the total cost of the vehicle. He gave me a number after double checking. I got to the dealership and the sleazy routine started. That old, tired act of liars, con men and hacks started when the so-called manager came out and said he couldn't sell the car for that. I just walked out the door. Assume that if these people's lips are moving they are telling lies and move on. This place, the people that work there and their ilk are the reason car salesmen have such a bad name.
