Just getting started with them, but my wife was able to go to the first exam with our son, but I was not. When I called with the questions, the staff looked at his notes and gave me a very thorough explanation of the exam and what I needed to do next. We went to three orthodontists for estimates and chose Dr Townsend because he had the most experience and the best comments on how to proceed with our daughter's issues with her teeth. I appreciate the caring staff and the always cheerful Crystal on the phone or in person as we schedule and reschedule our appointments. Our daughter was in pain when she got a new wire and some adjustments last week (Yes, braces do hurt) and we actually got a call from Dr Townsend at 7 pm that night just to check on how she was doing. I was nervous to go see Dr T to get my braces on. I thought it would take 3 hours but I was done fast and they gave me a cool water bottle with lots of stuff in it. It will take a while to get used to my braces, but getting them on was lots easier than I thought and the people are so friendly and nice. Thanks Dr T! more

I have three children who have been patients of Dr Townsend and his staff. Each had significant teeth and jaw issues. He transformed their smiles and facial lines with his expertise and care. Choosing Dr Townsend was the right decision for my dental needs. I am an adult patient with a bite discrepancy?I had only two teeth that contacted one another while chewing. When Dr Townsend met me for my initial consultation, I expressed to him that I liked my front teeth where they were, but that I wanted my back teeth to align. I am now putting my third family member in braces with Dr T. I started with my wife, and currently my two daughters (15 and 13). My wife went to see him for problems with TMJ issues. He helped her with this. My daughters have their own issues in their mouth. They work with you in regards to payments that will work for you.
