I worked in dentistry for almost 10 years and referred many patients to Dr Townsend ? then after I left the world of dentistry to raise my children, my son became a patient. I can honestly say from being on both sides, that Dr Townsend is the best. He uses the latest, most effective technology and while his office is warm and accommodating, you don't feel like he is going to sell you something to pay for the Art Deco! His staff is knowledgeable, friendly, kind, understanding and just the best in the business. You can tell after meeting with him that his work is his passion and his staff shares that passion. He and his staff keep current on the latest education and technology in orthodontics so they can better serve their patients. I refer anyone and everyone I know that inquires about orthodontics to Dr Townsend; not just because of the staff, but because he does use the best orthodontic technology and the patient will receive the desired results faster and with less pain. That is what I call spending your money wisely! You need to know that the money you spend is spent well. With Dr Townsend, that is the case. The entire staff is very flexible when working with schedules and understanding when life happens and appointments need to be rearranged. I cannot say enough good things about his practice and his staff. You will love them!
