Amazing! This place is great.. I brought in a ring that i purchased from Kay (Never go there! Absolutetly horrible service and bad craftmanship.) I had my ring (White gold) for about a year and then it cracked for no reason at all and a chunk fell out. (Turns out it was a bubble) I was so upset. I did not even want to bother going to Kay to get it fixed because i knew they would charge me a ton and do a horrible job fixing it. (I had a diamond fall out of the same ring and brought it back to kay's to get it fixed. I wanted to cry when i saw it..abosolutley horrible.They smashed the prongs and did not polish it or anything.) Anyways, i brought my ring to this place, and the service could not have been better. They were sooo nice and helpful. I got my ring back in 2 days and it looks perfect! He even tried to fix the prong that Kay had ruined. Great price too! AWESOME place :) more

I recently took 3 pieces of jewelry to Champion Forest Jewelry for minor repairs. One of the pieces, a diamond dinner ring with 18 diamonds, needed only to be resized (I thought). The sales woman examined the ring closely, and pointed out that the 4-point prongs holding each diamond were worn to such an extent the diamonds were not totally secure. Also, there was a crack in gold setting that would need to be repaired. I was told the ring would look like new when the repairs were completed. The sight of the cleaned and repaired ring took my breath away! Repairs on the other items were perfect also. Very talented goldsmith! I would never consider going to any other jeweler! Pros: Superb work - prices are fantastic - staff is wonderful! Cons: Not a single one! more

I have going here for years. No high pressure tactics. Just good, honest service. Nancy is very informative. The jewelry designer is AAA+. The prices are very competitive. They will give you idea on how to remake your old jewelry into something special. If you don't see what you want, they can order or make it for you. Pros: Work to make you a happy customer. Cons: I never found any. more

My wife had some jewelry her mom left when she passed away. We needed a ring repaired and she had a watch with diamonds in it. I was dreading talking to someone about the repair and about making something out of the diamonds from the watch. The lady behind the counter (I think her name was Nancy) looked at the stuff and got really excited about how we could use it and made the whole experience very pleasant. more
