My wife had some jewelry her mom left when she passed away. We needed a ring repaired and she had a watch with diamonds in it. I was dreading talking to someone about the repair and about making something out of the diamonds from the watch. The lady behind the counter (I think her name was Nancy) looked at the stuff and got really excited about how we could use it and made the whole experience very pleasant.
