Cha Cha's is great. It is personal. They know your name. It is unbelievably clean, and everyone is so nice. I have been to Jason for four visits in six months and my hair is in the best shape it has been in years. I explained what I wanted, and I got it. Give them a try. From the first time I called the salon and talked with Raimy about booking an appointment with Jason, I knew this was the salon for me. She is so friendly and helpful. I got the best haircut and color I have ever had. Jason is a magician when it comes to hair. My color is brighter and looks so healthy. After finding Cha Cha's online, I thought this place has to be too good to be true. I have heard NOTHING but great things about the salon. Now I know why. I set up a consultation with Jason. He took 20 minutes with me just to talk about my hair history (It has been a bad year with my hair) and he actually mad me feel confident about what we were going to do, I was excited about getting my hair done. In August, I got a Keratin treatment, from Jason, and I can honestly say it changed my life. That sounds cheesy and kind of pathetic that hair has such an influence on me, but it is true. I can leave the house with wet hair and be happy with the way I look for the first time ever. I can blow dry it straight twice as fast as I used to. This service is the best thing I have ever invested in for my hair, and I owe it all to Jason! more

I have been getting my hair done by Charlene for a long time, she is simply amazing! I get my hair colored, highlighted and cut, and I always get comments on how great my hair looks. The salon is small and cozy and all the stylist and their clients talk while you are getting your hair done, it is a great feeling. When I started college 3 years ago, I searched all around Lexington trying to find a new stylist who could make my hair look perfect like my stylist at home could. Living in a different town made it extrememly difficult to schedule appointments and drive home for a haircut whenever I needed it. I tried several salons and stylists but each time I ended up hating my hair and driving home to have my stylist ""fix it""! This was, however, until I found an ad for Cha Cha's in the Tops in Lex magazine. I thought the salon looked really cute and sassy... and best of all... there were stylish trucker girls on the sign! (ha!). I knew I had to give this place a try! I called the salon as soon as I read the ad and scheduled an appointment with Jason. When I came in for my appointment, I was greeted with friendly smiles and offered a cold beverage. Jason was right on schedule with my appointment. We sat down and talked about my hair... what I liked and what I didn't like, and also what I was looking for. He listened to everything I said and cut my hair better than I ever could have imagined! I LOVED IT! It was my favorite haircut I had ever had. I have now been going to Jason for over a year. I have been going to Zac for the past 4 or 5 years and when he told me he and a couple partners were opening their own salon I was thrilled! It is a very relaxed, laid back atmosphere in Chevy Chase. I have started going to Cha Cha's within the past year. I have been seeing Christina for a while and she is absolutely amazing. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She does an amazing job with my color. I decided to go with red last year and my color stays vibrant! I always get complements on how great my hair looks. The salon is very laid back and everyone there is fantastic. This is by far the best place I've been in Lexington, and I would highly recommend it to anyone!! Cha Cha's transforms my normally thin, fine, straight, and stingy blond hair to gorgeous, full, shaped bright blond. I love to treat myself to their expertise. They are warm and inviting and the shop itself is new, polished, comfortable, and sheik. They always have awesome music playing overhead. They have great hours that allow me to get my hair done after work. When I go I feel like I'm going to a trusted friend. I can unwind from my work day while I'm there and feel beautiful when I walk out. more

The best thing about Cha Cha's is how talented the stylists are. Jason is the only person I will let cut my hair. I honestly think he cares more about how my hair looks than I do, and he understands me when I tell him what I want in regards to my hair... He is very easy to communicate with. My wife also gets her hair colored and styled there, and says the same thing about Cha Cha. You can tell they really know what they are doing. If you are looking for a great salon, look no further! Cha Chas has a wonderful, comfortable atmosphere. I started going to Jason shortly after he opened Cha Chas. I was looking for someone new and a co-worker recommended Jason. I had a few bad experiences with past salons and stylists around Lexington. I tried two of the larger (more like mega) salons in town thinking they would be my best bet. I never went to the same stylist at the first salon because they were either fired or left without explanation. The other salon was very poorly managed and it showed? poor quality of work, unclean, disorganized, poor employee attitude, payment problems, etc! I was frustrated because I wanted to find a place where I would receive excellent service, and felt comfortable and valued as a customer. Cha Chas was the perfect fit for me and I am so glad to have found them!! The quality of work and customer service speaks for itself. They don?t need to advertise like the mega salons in town. I am now a regular customer at Cha Chas, but even after my first visit I felt like Jason and the others enjoyed getting to know me. They remember who you are and you feel welcome each time you go, which is very important to me. From the beginning they treated me like I was their top customer. It is a small, cozy salon and because of that, you don?t get lost in their daily grind. Bottom line: I highly recommend it? you will get quality work from very experienced stylists, you will receive great customer service, and you will never need to look for another salon again. From a guys point of view, we tend to like barber shops due to the relaxed nature without all of the frou-frou rubbish. However, on the other hand, sometimes it's hard to get a modern haircut that's not on the wall of standard styles from 1985. Cha Cha's blends the best of both worlds together with the inviting embience, relaxed atmosphere and a decor combining vintage and moder styles. I've had my hair done by Jason and Zac and both are excellent! The atmosphere is relaxed, and all of the staff is very professional and helpful. I've never had an appointment canceled, and they are very gracious about fitting me in with my very busy schedule. It's the best salon in Lexington by far! Jason has been doing my hair for 2 years. I moved out of state 5 months ago and schedule my 5.5 hour trips to Lexington around getting my hair cut and colored! This may sound crazy, but once you find someone who can make your hair look as great as mine does, you don't want to leave. Jason makes my curls look fantastic, and the color is perfect. I'm always getting compliments on my hair! more

Don't you hate it when you didn't know your hair looked bad...until you find a hair stylist that makes it look incredible?!?! I love Charlene!!! I had been going to another stylist in town and I always felt that my hair looked good. After my original stylist had to cancel my appt, yet again, Charlene was able to squeeze me in. I have never looked back! My curls are no longer frizzy (b/c she doesn't use bleach to highlight) and my color is amazing! ----She also knows what she is doing with naturally curly hair...which seems so hard to find! more

I cant say enough about what an excellent stylist Christina has always been. I have been a client of hers for about 10 yrs now and i could not be happier. Her blowouts last for days and she is an expert on fixing other peoples(and my ) hair mistakes. After a few years of ""searching"" for a hairstylist and a few bad cuts, I stumbled across an ad for Cha Cha's. I made an appointment with Jason, and I've never looked back. I LOVE walking into the salon. Everyone is so nice and they all make a point to know all of the client's names, which I think is a nice touch. I have never walked out with a bad cut or color...I always love my hair. Jason listens to what I like and then does his magic, and he NEVER tries to push products on you. He is one of my favorite people that I know...really. I'm always telling everyone I know they should go to Jason for a haircut. He's the best!!!! Pros: Best salon in town! Cons: ummm....none more

You know you have a great haircut when....I wash my hair, go to bed, get up the next morning and my hair falls into place without touching it with a brush. I have long hair which is really pretty because of the great cut I got at Cha Cha's. Pros: Great Service more
