If you are looking for a great salon, look no further! Cha Chas has a wonderful, comfortable atmosphere. I started going to Jason shortly after he opened Cha Chas. I was looking for someone new and a co-worker recommended Jason. I had a few bad experiences with past salons and stylists around Lexington. I tried two of the larger (more like mega) salons in town thinking they would be my best bet. I never went to the same stylist at the first salon because they were either fired or left without explanation. The other salon was very poorly managed and it showed? poor quality of work, unclean, disorganized, poor employee attitude, payment problems, etc! I was frustrated because I wanted to find a place where I would receive excellent service, and felt comfortable and valued as a customer. Cha Chas was the perfect fit for me and I am so glad to have found them!! The quality of work and customer service speaks for itself. They don?t need to advertise like the mega salons in town. I am now a regular customer at Cha Chas, but even after my first visit I felt like Jason and the others enjoyed getting to know me. They remember who you are and you feel welcome each time you go, which is very important to me. From the beginning they treated me like I was their top customer. It is a small, cozy salon and because of that, you don?t get lost in their daily grind. Bottom line: I highly recommend it? you will get quality work from very experienced stylists, you will receive great customer service, and you will never need to look for another salon again.
