Certified Electrical Tech

I just wanted to send a thank you note to your team in Bowie, Maryland. What I thought was a crisis turned out to be a minor fix -- which is exactly what Representative "Gary" told me over the phone. Being a nervous Nelly by nature, I appreciate your expertise, courteousness and dependability. Your technician "Tim" arrived on time (even though he had a 3 hour window), was very professional, did the job promptly and was out of there in no time! Okay, I won't continue gushing, but I don't want to overlook any one!. So, thanks also to Steve and the very, very nice lady I spoke with (I only remember the guy's names -- imagine that! LOL). If ever the need arises or someone I know is looking for a qualified team, you guys will be the first name to roll off my lips! more

When the technician arrived to work on the problem. The lights had come back on. He did what he could to check things out but, he could provide a fix if there was nothing to diagnose. I paid the requested fee although nothing was done. A couple of days later the problem reoccurred and I called them back. They responded and the same technician arrived and was now able to troubleshoot based on the lights not working. Within ten minutes he was able to fix the problem and I was not charged anything for him coming back. Now I consider that good business! Although I did not think I should have been charged the first time because nothing was done, they did not try to rip me off by charging me to come out when the problem resurfaced. more

The work completed by Forrest yesterday was fantastic. Once again let me tell you how much I appreciate your help in making it go so smoothly - and Forrest did a great job as well. Very satisfied customer (again!), more

Normally, people only contact the company when something goes wrong. I just want you to know that my wife was very pleased with Allen’s work yesterday. After I got home, I too was pleased but I must say that after talking with my wife I must extend my utmost appreciation for how considerate Allen was of my toddler’s nap schedule. He worked diligently to complete the ceiling fan installations so he would be done by the time my son needed his nap. Allen also covered everything in my son’s room so the clean up was minimal so my son can get his nap on schedule. After my son went to sleep, Allen did his best to use other doors that wouldn’t wake my son up even though he might have walked further to his truck. Anyway…as you know, it was important for me to have this work done BUT not have it affect my son’s schedule. I didn’t expect it to happen but it did and in doing so Allen did not sacrifice the quality of his work. So I just wanted to pass along my sincere appreciation and we will recommend you guys every chance we get. more

Everything worked out great. Forrest did a terrific job putting in the ceiling fan. Will fill out the postcard and also the ratings on Networx in just a little while, but wanted to let you know we are extremely pleased with the work effort. Thanks again - more

Forrest was great! Thanks for sending him out. We did have to make a cut in a wall, but he did as much as he could with as little impact as possible and I really appreciated his service and thoughtfulness. more
