I just wanted to send a thank you note to your team in Bowie, Maryland. What I thought was a crisis turned out to be a minor fix -- which is exactly what Representative "Gary" told me over the phone. Being a nervous Nelly by nature, I appreciate your expertise, courteousness and dependability. Your technician "Tim" arrived on time (even though he had a 3 hour window), was very professional, did the job promptly and was out of there in no time! Okay, I won't continue gushing, but I don't want to overlook any one!. So, thanks also to Steve and the very, very nice lady I spoke with (I only remember the guy's names -- imagine that! LOL). If ever the need arises or someone I know is looking for a qualified team, you guys will be the first name to roll off my lips!
