Initially, I thought Clover Realty was great. The ladies in the office seemed nice and they were with Century 21, so that seemed to bode well. Unfortunately, I was sorely mistaken. Shortly after we moved in, the plumbing backed up. I thought it was a freak incident...until it happened again 3 weeks later. And again 2 weeks after that. Now we are down to two months left of our lease and the plumbing has backed up a total of 5 (or more, I am losing count) times. I have currently been waiting for the plumber for the better part of the last 12 hours after the most recent back up. These plumbing problems would not be an issue if it weren't for the reaction we have received when reporting the problem. My husband and I have been repeatedly treated with disdain when we alert the office to our problems. We have been regarded as though we were irrational in our expectations that the plumbing problems be resolved. The rental company is well aware of the fact that though they have provided ""temporary fixes"" that the lines were still being blocked by something. Rather than alert us to this and give us the option of exiting our lease, seeing as they could not provide a sanitary dwelling (ie, a dwelling where raw sewage is not constantly pumped into your bathtub) they kept saying the problem was fixed. It was admitted to me last night that the problem was not and WOULD NOT be completely resolved. In the same breath, it was suggested that we not run water while we wait for the plumber (no showers, dishes, laundry, or toilet usage for the past 10 hours and counting) and that we just allow the raw sewage to continue to seep into our backyard and into our home. If I could give less than one star, I would. This company is the WORST I have ever had the misfortune of working with, and that's saying something. With our information regarding their violations of the landlord and tenant act, my husband intend to try and get out of our lease early, though we only have two months left. I wish we would have left sooner, and absolutely would have if we had been able to find a place that would allow us to keep our large dog aside from this wreck. more

My husband and I had just recently been stationed in the Lawton/Ft. Sill area and looked everywhere for a rental. We were about to give up when we went to the Family Housing office on Ft. Sill. We explained how much trouble we were having finding a home and they told us to go see Debi and Lisa at Clover Realty. She actually got on the phone and called them while we were still there and told them we were on our way.\r \r We were not disappointed. They immediately narrowed our search down and we were in a house the next day. If only we would have stopped at Clover first. The ladies were so pleasant and helpful. Some of the other companies were plain rude, I felt like we were bothering them just by showing up in their office. These ladies were a breath of fresh air in comparison.\r \r I am not sure about the reviews I read just before I started this one, but when we did our lease etc. they explained everything to us, including the move out procedures (no joint inspection) and what was expected of us and gave us their required cleaning guide. I am sure that if it is followed, we will have no problems receiving our deposit back. If you will be coming to the Lawton area, I highly recommend Clover. You will not be disappointed. \r \r It is truly unfortunate that people feel the need to slander someone's name when they obviously missed something. I do not believe a company would just look for reasons to keep your money when security deposits go to the home owner and not the company. Pros: friendly and straight forward Cons: none yet more

I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BY THE OLD 70 STYLE PANELING ON THEIR WALLS SOMETHING WAS UP. THE STAFF ARE EASY TO GET ALONG WITH, AND OK WOMEN. BUT THE S*IT THEY PULL ON YOU WHEN YOU MOVE OUT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. I SCRUBBED THE HOUSE THAT IS OLDER THAN ME & MY HUSBAND COMBINED UNTIL I BROKE NAILS TO INCLUDE SKIN--IT WAS 10X BETTER CLEANED THAN WHEN WE MOVED IN, AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE US FOR THINGS I DID REPEATEDLY--2 INCLUDE A STOVE THAT THE BURNER WENT OUT IN 2 WKS BEFORE WE MOVED OUT & WE STILL GOT CHARGED FOR?? Terrible business!! Beware!! 7/13/2009

Do not be fooled by the Century 21 name. This business is bad news and makes its living preying on military service members. Unfortunately, I did not do my homework prior to renting a property and I am hoping to prevent this from happening to someone else. I rented a property from them for a short period of time and in that time I cleaned the property up and took very good care of the property. I never asked to be compensated by the owner for improvements I made on the house. However, when the owner decided to sell his property I was pretty much tossed out at the end of the lease. This company expects you to leave all utilities on in YOUR name once you move out so that they can do their inspection AFTER you are gone at their convenience. They refuse to do a pre or final inspection with the renter present so that they may find ""issues"" with the house in order to take money out of the deposit they owe the renter. Please, please do your homework and ask your fellow soliders who they would recommend. I found out the hard way and after the fact. Several people have told me since that this company has a terrible reputation in this community. I just wish I had known prior to signing my lease and I would have went with another company or waited on housing on post.
