I had taken my car here before, the guy I dealt with was always polite and helpful. Imagine they laid him off I was told. So I had to deal with the manager Anthony. OMG! What a bafoon. Where did they find this guy. He couldn't find his way out of a paperbag, stupid! Rude, was actually picking his nose as he was talking to me, I was SO grossed out I wanted to puke.I've never gone anyplace where the manager cusses when he talkes to you, then sayd oh is it ok if I swear? Duh, what a jerk. I couldn't get my car and get out of there fast enough. Will NEVER go back there again. I called my ins company who I've been with forever, they were surprised as they are a Commerce Care repair shop. I told my ins co, I don't care what they are, he is rude and disgusting. If he was like that with me, he must be like that period. Gross, don't go there. The service was bad too, took forever for them to fix my car, so slow, kept saying he couldn't get parts. He even told me he would save my deductible, meaning I wouldn't have to pay it out of pocket, liar, I had to pay it. Overall it was a bad experience, wouldn't recommend going there. Oh and lastly my car stunk of cigarette smoke, and I don't smoke, so it made sick. So someone must have smoked in my car while it was there. They do not care about their customers at all. Next time if there is a next time I'm takin it to Total Care in Raynahm who was recommended by my ins company, since I complained about this one. more

worst service department ever! 3/28/2011

Worst service department I have ever been to. I went in to get a new key fob programmed for my car and when I say they were rude it is an understatement! Aside from the assistant service manager interupting my entire conversation with another service tech, he was rude, condescending and seemed to know nothing about a key fob (again he is the assistant service manager ) since he kept talking about the cutting the key; it is a computerized key. Then, he told me I would be lucky to get in within 45 minutes, even though i had an appointment. I said, if that is the case i will bring my kids home and come back so that i do need to wait with them. He responded, saying if i leave, i lose my spot in line. this was only made better by him referring to me as Lady the entire time. Not only would i not recommend them but i have call into chrysler to complain on a higher level about them. I would much rather drive a hour out of my way if it meant i did not have deal with them again!\r more

Awful Customer Service, Bad Service & General Manager 11/5/2009

I started to notice my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo started to make a squeaking noise originating from the brakes after I brought my vehicle here for a tire rotation. I called the dealer to let them know the problem. I brought the vehicle in several times for this problem. I was told several different reasons for the noise every time. First it was rust on the pads, then I was told the rotor was bent during the rotation and was scrapping the inside of the wheel well, then I was told they were unable to locate any problem, then I was told it was normal noise. \r The last time I brought it in I spoke to the Service Manager Kim who was very rude and unhelpful. She told me there was nothing wrong with my car and they would do no repairs. Upon picking up the vehicle the noise was worse than ever. I called the very next day to make another appointment for service. The service manager refused to see my vehicle stating there was nothing wrong and she didn’t have any room to see my car. I called and asked to speak to the General Manager Ed Alberts. When Mr. Alberts returned my call he said he was familiar with my vehicle. He said if I was so unhappy with the way his dealership has been serving my vehicle then perhaps I should take it elsewhere and I was not “HIS” customer. He also told me to “Be quiet and listen to what I have to say if you want to get anything accomplished during this call”. He then ended the call by asking me not to bring my vehicle there again. \r This week I took my vehicle back to the dealer from which I purchased the car from. The service department immediately found severe damage to my rotors and brake pads. The rotors had to be resurfaced and the pads had to be sanded.\r I am very unhappy with the way this dealer handled me as a consumer and my vehicles obvious defect.
