Service Tech Nick came out after hours to service a problem on our A/C heating unit and was very professional and did a wonderful job of explaining the situation and that he would have his office contact us for further review to ensure everything was working properly. more

Very Professional 1/8/2017

Centex Mechanical installed a complete new Carrier heat pump system in our home and did an excellent job. Customer service starting with the owner Gene to all the installers was very professional and work was completed on time and as agreed to. Wonderful company who believes in delivering excellent customer service. more

routine inspection air and heat system 1/2/2017

David has been to our house a few times now to work on our heating and cooling needs. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, nice, friendly, and we really enjoy just talking to him. I sent him home with fresh baked Christmas cookies this last visit. He still needs to drop by for the chocolate chip ones which werent quite ready when he left. We hope David is the service guy that always comes to our house! Thank you so much, David!!!!! more

Centex Mechanical is great 12/29/2016

Our work place has a monster of a heating unit. Nick was out on a VERY cold day to replace the blower unit. He plugged away at it and got it working about 7:30PM. It was really cold and he was awesome. Then Daryl came out the following week,as another part of the heat system developed a problem. He was terrific, and even pulled the filter unit out and changed filter (it is a pain to change). Gene came out today to give an estimate on cleaning the coils. He is terrific also. They are very knowledgeable, very friendly, very reliable, give great advice, and help keep the cost down as much as possible. They are absolutely terrific. The office staff is wonderful too. I highly recommend Centex Mechanical. more

An Ounce of Prevention 12/14/2016

Daryl W at Centex comes out twice a year to make sure my new high efficiency Carrier heat pump is kept in good working order. He knows what he is doing and is very professional. And that heat pump is really quiet and efficient. more

6 month system checkup 12/12/2016

While I received a reminder phone call the day prior to the service call with an indication that a courtesy call would also be made 30 minutes prior to the expected arrival of the technician, there was no 30 minute notice which resulted in the technician having to move his vehicle so I could move my car to provide access to the attic in the garage. (I had planned on doing this when receiving the courtesy call.) Otherwise, Daryl was very professional and considerate - a pleasurable service visit. He also provided information on an additional piece of equipment which addressed a comfort/health issue of interest to me. more

Iban was great. He checked out our system and fixed problems we did not even know we had. He then very patiently explained the system and how to operate it. more
