This company is the worst! the most unreliable, NEVER on time company in the world!!!! This service is a disgrace for the elderly & disabled!!!! The higher ups need to really get involved with the operations because its HORRIBLE!!!! It seems like NO ONE CARES! We are late to Dr apts, Dialysis, Chemo therapy everything to keep us ALIVE!!!! Either we are late or miss the apt all together. Let's not talk about the pick up IF we are so fortunate to even make it. They have you waiting sometimes OVER an hour, unacceptable!!! CCT schedulers & MOST employees, I hope you all never have to experience this service yourselves....maybe you should so you know just how horrible you all are!!!!!! more

I've only been dealing with CCT for three weeks, but there have been enough episodes in that short time to write a book. My daughter is mentally handicapped and needs to be taken to her workshop, located 35 minutes away. Today, she was supposed to be picked up at 2:15 p.m. and returned home. I called several times when she didn't arrive home, and dispatch said the bus driver wasn't answering his phone. Finally, when she still hadn't been picked up by 3:30, I called and said I'd pick her up. The bus driver finally arrived five minutes before me arriving at her workshop, but I had told the workshop people not to put her on the bus. God only knows what shape he was in by that time. This service is the pits -- an absolute joke! I don't know how they can get away with these things. more

All New drivers that appear to be without training for mentally challanged individules. Today, new driver came late because he reads his log wrong. He thinks because it says he can come 20 min. late he thinks that is the pick up time. I tried to explain but to no avail. I called central and Nicole said,well, I don't know who to contact about that, he was trained. I asked her her name and then she said she would look into it. When they are late it makes me late for work. I am grateful for the ride for my son, but sometimes there are no excuses for their bad behavior, lies and lateness. Once they lost my son and even the dispatch were lieing about it. thank G_D he was found, but a long way from his job at UCPA. more

I have been riding CCT for years, and I am very pleased with thier services. Can't beat it!!! Would'nt travel no other way. more

Good: Nothing. Bad: My friend in a wheelchair and I were scheduled for a pick up on Aug 24. The driver was at the wrong entrance. I approached him and told him to where to go. I motioned to him that she was ready. As we were coming out, we had to change wheelchairs due to a problem. This took seconds. The driver left us. The dispatcher told us "he waited 8 minutes and his supervisor told him to leave". What kind to hateful nonsense is this to the disabled?. Improvements: Hire responsibe people without an attitude. Too many people are out of work and need a job. What happened today, caused great hardship on my friend.. Other: What happened to the 15 min rule? Why do people in wheelchairs have to wait 45 minutes and longer sometimes for a pick-up but Paratrans leaves after 8 minutes, especially after I just told him were were coming out.. more

CCT has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with!! The incompetence in scheduling and service delivery is beyond belief and those who rely on this much needed service are victims. more

For under $5 a ride, paratransit will take seniors door to door for those necessary errands. This is really a vital service in the region. It takes a little time to get enrolled, and you need to call a couple days ahead for a ride, but the service is great. Occasionally, seniors will get a driver they will not like, but, hey, that's life! more
