Good: Nothing. Bad: My friend in a wheelchair and I were scheduled for a pick up on Aug 24. The driver was at the wrong entrance. I approached him and told him to where to go. I motioned to him that she was ready. As we were coming out, we had to change wheelchairs due to a problem. This took seconds. The driver left us. The dispatcher told us "he waited 8 minutes and his supervisor told him to leave". What kind to hateful nonsense is this to the disabled?. Improvements: Hire responsibe people without an attitude. Too many people are out of work and need a job. What happened today, caused great hardship on my friend.. Other: What happened to the 15 min rule? Why do people in wheelchairs have to wait 45 minutes and longer sometimes for a pick-up but Paratrans leaves after 8 minutes, especially after I just told him were were coming out..
