Review content:
All New drivers that appear to be without training for mentally challanged individules. Today, new driver came late because he reads his log wrong. He thinks because it says he can come 20 min. late he thinks that is the pick up time. I tried to explain but to no avail. I called central and Nicole said,well, I don't know who to contact about that, he was trained. I asked her her name and then she said she would look into it. When they are late it makes me late for work. I am grateful for the ride for my son, but sometimes there are no excuses for their bad behavior, lies and lateness. Once they lost my son and even the dispatch were lieing about it. thank G_D he was found, but a long way from his job at UCPA.
