Cats Exclusive Veterinary Center

I took my two cats here for years before they passed away at 16 and 18 years old. I liked that you didnt have to worry about dogs scaring your cats. The staff is caring and very helpful. They board your cats if you needed it. I highly recomend to any cat lovers out there. more

I was always a fan of this place, and when i got a stray kitten, she gave my older cat ear mites. I took him to the vet SEVERAL times, and each time they sent me home saying he had no ear mites and gave me 3 different prescriptions and an ear wash to use to treat his inflammation. Well, I did all this because of course I wanted him to get better. Needless to say, none of their treatments worked, and to this day his ears are not right. After the 4th and final visit to this place, I was tired of not seeing results and paying a RIDICULOUS amount of money on office visits and medications that i decided I was going to take him somewhere else. So I called and asked the receptionist to mail me both of my cat's records because I would never be bringing them back. Apparently she thought something was wrong, because a couple hours later the owner of the place called me and asked me to bring him back free of charge. So I agreed, not wanting to drop another couple hundred bucks on more treatments. more

I definitely recommend Cat's Exclusive. They offer boarding as wells as veterinary care. There is also a small "pet shop" as well. It has a lot of special food and a great selection of toys and everything you need for your cat. As for veterinary care, they are great. They have always treated my cat as if she were on of theirs. After being a client at Cat's Exclusive for 16 years, we were recently dismissed as clients because we complained about the horrendous treatment we got from a vet who looks like she has been out of veterinary school for about 10 minutes. We used to always see Richard Lester, but recently we brought our 1 year-old Abyssinian in for an ER visit. It happened to be Lester's day off. The cat was running a temperature and his breathing was rapid and shallow. We were shown into a room with a "Doctor" Fleigel who decided to do not diagnostic testing, even when we begged her to. She told us that "there is a nasty virus going around that is affecting indoor-only cats, and the reason your cat is breathing that way is because he is trying to cool himself down". LIAR! Cats do not do this. He couldn't breathe because he was dying of pneumonia and fluid was building up in his lungs. He needed to be on intravenous antibiotics, oxygen and needed a chest X-Ray. I took my cat here when she needed radioactive iodine therapy for her thyroid. (Go figure that I needed the same thing years down the road, but I went to a people doctor!) The staff at Cats Exclusive is so caring. They are also very accommodating. They had an appointment for her available the day I took her in for her evaluation. I wasn't quite ready to say goodbye but I was able to pick her up a couple of days later when she wasn't radioactive any more. The therapy and the professionalism of the doctors and staff allowed her more time to live and for that I am appreciative. more

This is a vets office, plus they carry supplies and also offer boarding. The really great thing about them is that the stress level of our pets is reduced greatly because they don't have a bunch of dogs in there barking and going nuts. It really is nice having these guys available, and believe me when I tell you that they LOVE their jobs. It's a great place! PROS: safe comfortable place to take your cats CONS: none more
