After being a client at Cat's Exclusive for 16 years, we were recently dismissed as clients because we complained about the horrendous treatment we got from a vet who looks like she has been out of veterinary school for about 10 minutes. We used to always see Richard Lester, but recently we brought our 1 year-old Abyssinian in for an ER visit. It happened to be Lester's day off. The cat was running a temperature and his breathing was rapid and shallow. We were shown into a room with a "Doctor" Fleigel who decided to do not diagnostic testing, even when we begged her to. She told us that "there is a nasty virus going around that is affecting indoor-only cats, and the reason your cat is breathing that way is because he is trying to cool himself down".
