OK. I hate taking my van to the shop, but I could not figure out what was going on with the noise my van was making. I usually do the work myself, so it pains me a little to do so.
My experience with Castner's Auto actually started with a call to them to ask if they could take a look at my van that day, because I needed it for work ASAP. When Katy Castner answered the phone she was VERY nice and polite (score one for Castner's). She told me to go ahead and bring it in so that they could check it out.
When I got there she continued with her great customer service, and introduced me to Ron Castner (Katy's Husband), who was also very friendly and personable (wow, another point scored for Castner's Auto AND the Castner's too).
Now, to make a long story short, I left my van there and they made the strange sound go away, at a reasonable price too.
Now, the odd icing on the cake. When I went to pick up my van I met Mary, Ron's mom. She rang me up for the work they did, and guess what... she was another genuinely nice lady, that gave great customer service too.
There you have it. Great service, great work, great price and although I don't know them outside of the shop; they seem like a nice family. I appreciate Castner's.
Oh, and two more things. When I asked Ron about why my car was making the noise it was making, he patiently walked me over to the box with the old part in it and explained it to me. Finally, two days later, I got a thank you letter from them... now that's Castner Cool!
