Castle Dental

In December of 2012 I went to Castle Dental for an exam, cleaning, and wanting to have two fillings replaced on my front teeth. I walked out with an estimate for 1300+. I did not get my teeth cleaned because I was informed I needed a special deep cleaning. That was the first problem of many. I did return to have 1 filling and to start the process for a crown to replace a cracked tooth. When I returned to get the temporary crown replaced the permanent crown was the wrong color, so I had to reschedule the appointment. The second visit for the crown was much better. Next I made an appointment for the special deep cleaning, which wasn't even a decent regular cleaning. Upon leaving I scheduled a 6 month cleaning appointment, but when I arrived for the appointment I was told my cost would be $90. My dental HMO covers two cleanings and exams a year for a copay of $10. When I questioned the amount and asked why I was scheduled for a "deep" cleaning I was told that because I had a "deep" cleaning once I had to always have them.... Are you kidding me? I walked out and will never return to Castle Dental again! more

Having teeth cleaned and scrapped is not an experienced I enjoy but it's always done well. I greatly appreciate Dr.Momin and his staff for always being super nice. Always having a good experience even when it isn't particularly "fun". more

Both my 8 year old daughter and I came here to get our teeth cleaned. I suppose the one thing I did not like is that you have to have an "exam" before your cleaning, and that means you have to have seperate appointments, so I had to have an "exam" (so did my daughter) and then come back a week later for the cleaning. The cleaning itself was quick and easy. The hygenists, dentists, and office staff are all quite pleasant. I can't remember the name of the dentist, but the one my daughter saw was very good with kids. more
