Review content:
In December of 2012 I went to Castle Dental for an exam, cleaning, and wanting to have two fillings replaced on my front teeth. I walked out with an estimate for 1300+. I did not get my teeth cleaned because I was informed I needed a special deep cleaning. That was the first problem of many. I did return to have 1 filling and to start the process for a crown to replace a cracked tooth. When I returned to get the temporary crown replaced the permanent crown was the wrong color, so I had to reschedule the appointment. The second visit for the crown was much better. Next I made an appointment for the special deep cleaning, which wasn't even a decent regular cleaning. Upon leaving I scheduled a 6 month cleaning appointment, but when I arrived for the appointment I was told my cost would be $90. My dental HMO covers two cleanings and exams a year for a copay of $10. When I questioned the amount and asked why I was scheduled for a "deep" cleaning I was told that because I had a "deep" cleaning once I had to always have them.... Are you kidding me? I walked out and will never return to Castle Dental again!
