I cannot begin to express how angry and disappointed I am with the lack of professionalism at Cassill Motors.
On Thursday, May12th my wife and I test drove a 2005 Saturn Vue. The following day, Friday, May 13th, we completed the finance application. As of Saturday, May 21st and through the entire process, the follow-up had been less than impressive. We were rarely contacted and I even had to contact someone else to get the ball rolling. To top it off, not one person bothered to email, call, send smoke signals or anything to tell us that the Saturn we started the original deal on was SOLD from under us. I had to call and speak with the Finance Manager to get this information.
In conclusion, I value customer service. I was a Realtor in Iowa and NEVER allowed my clients to go without proper follow-up and constant communication. All we asked was to be kept abreast of what was going on, only to be told the very vehicle we wanted was SOLD "... the other day".
I'm sure those reading would feel just as angry as we do. We put our trust in Cassill Motors and was let down. Disappointment cannot express how we are feeling at the moment.
