We bought a Toyota from Cassill Motors, but I decided I wanted to go to a van. We talked to Jay. He said he had some vans coming in, and he would call to let us know when they arrived. In a couple of weeks he called us to tell us the vans were in. We went over and looked at them.
When we decided to do the trade Jay gave us almost what I paid for for the Toyota because he knew what kind of care my husband takes of our vehicles. Since then we have had work done on our van at Cassill Motors, and if they can't fix it, then they take it to dealership for us.
Everything has worked out fine. They get me in when I need an oil changed. I can call and am in there in a day or two. I think they are great, I really do. Their service people are very conscientious; when I take the van in for an oil change they ask me if I need a ride home or if someone is picking me up. When I was getting some work done on the van, even though I don't live close by, on of the guys came and got me at my house and took me to pick the van up.
