Cascade Spa, Stove, and Sauna

Bad: Blatantly unhelpful, ordering mishandled, no help with info and problems to install, ordering incorrect parts, technician didnt call to set up appointment for repair, technician didnt show for 3 appointments. Seems to lying all the way around. Wish I hadn't done business with them.. Improvements: Hiring informed, educated staff that takes their job seriously.. Other: This was installed as primary source of heat in beginning of October, staff doesn't seem to care what conditions we were dealing with.. more

Everyone there was so friendly and knowledgable. They went out of their way to save me money, and I was surprised at how many choices they had for gas inserts and fireplaces. When I wasn't sure if what I was looking for would work or not, they came out to my house the same day and measured. more

My wife and I know nothing about spas so when we came to cascade spa they took the time out to explain to me the basics no fluff. We were pleasantly surprised that cascade knew what we wanted. Happy with our Spa! Michael and Lauren Walker - Bellevue more

Gene was very helpful with my fireplace. I had turned off the gas for the summer and forgot how to relight it. He came out personaly and took care of it right away. I like that kind of service. more

Gene was such a great help with my old spa when nobody else would help. So when it came time to get my new spa, he was my first and only choice. Would highly recommend them to everybody. more

My experience with them has been horrid since they got my money! First, they charged me for a blower that was standard on the fireplace insert. The refund didn't include the tax I paid. They told me my insert would be delivered within two weeks, installed shortly after that. After a month, a call said it was finally in, the installer would call to set up a time. No, I couldn't schedule that through them. When the installer showed up, he didn't know the stove well enough to realize a part was missing. Now I get to wait longer. I am hoping when the installer comes back out, he is able to take care of the installation problems that happened before. So, a month and a half after giving them my money, I am still waiting! Can I give them less than one star? more

The people on the phone are nice as are the repair men, but they showed up late and took a long time to fix the problem. It's nice to have one service that can repair many things, but I think I will call around first next time I need something fixed. more
