Very pathetic arrangement for Vday. My husband did a good thing and Cascade Florist screwed it up. Dying flowers, ugly vase that doesn't even match the arrangement, and CARNATIONS...

Dying flowers, ugly vase that doesn't even match the arrangement, and CARNATIONS along side baby roses?!? RU KIDDING ME?!? It's really ugly and CHEAP! BTW, I know how much my husband paid and this is NOT the value he deserved. more

Not local they are a very shady company 5/21/2009

They advertise as a local florist and they are located in Issaquah. Call and ask where they are located. They have many addresses and websites listed under diffferent names to fool you and make you think they are local. They take your money and pay less for another florist to do it to value which means less flowers and not what you ordered. The gaurentee is bs and they do not honor it because once they have your money they keep it. Do your research on Cascade florists and issaquah florists. Very Shady. Cons: All more

Satisfaction NOT Always Guaranteed 5/11/2009

I ordered a beautiful arrangement depicted on the site for our Anniversary. The next day my Wife recieved an arrangement, or should I say flowers thrown in a vase. What was sent looked nothing like the ""arrangement"" I ordered from the web site. Despite numerous phone calls and emails (most going unanswered) with this company and their reps the only thing I have recieved to date is LIP SERVICE and no monetary resolution. Next time I will walk into a local florist, choose the arrangement, and pay for it when I pick it up. I learned my lesson but I still can't get back our Anniversary Day. Cons: READ DETAILS more

POOR SERVICE 5/7/2009

Scheduled a delivery and called the morning of to verify that my order was in stock and would be delivered on time. I was told ""Yes yes, of course"", however I did not receive what I ordered and it was not delivered on time. They also charged me an extra $40 to deliver it within my deadline. After this disastrous service, they refused to discount or compensate me in any way. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!! They WILL ruin your special occasion. Cons: Bad Customer Service more

The best lilies I've ever gotten 10/18/2008

The biggest and freshest lilies I've ever received. I can't even grow ones like these. I called to ask where they were from and was told they buy them at grower's auction. Ask for the 'oriental' variety in pink, all-white or a rose&cream one called 'stargazer'. Pros: Freshness Cons: Almost excessively fragrant more

Sunday Delivery - Hooray 9/15/2008

None of the shops I have used in the past are open on Sunday. Time is tight for me. I forgot a birthday. For a small fee they took my evening order AND delivered it 1 hour late. My mom was happy and I was relieved! Pros: Best in customer service. more
