I ordered a beautiful arrangement depicted on the site for our Anniversary. The next day my Wife recieved an arrangement, or should I say flowers thrown in a vase. What was sent looked nothing like the ""arrangement"" I ordered from the web site. Despite numerous phone calls and emails (most going unanswered) with this company and their reps the only thing I have recieved to date is LIP SERVICE and no monetary resolution. Next time I will walk into a local florist, choose the arrangement, and pay for it when I pick it up. I learned my lesson but I still can't get back our Anniversary Day.
