It seems like every community has them - the people for whom the rent is always too high, there's never enough parking, the manager is bad, the food at social events is lousy, and so on, and so on, and? you fill out the list.\r

Like Hollywood actors, there are people who are rarely seen in the media, and those who's entire lives are played out in public. The only difference is the temperament and desire of the actor to be noticed. There are those who THRIVE on negativity, on being noticed, even if and especially because of their chronic complaining. Here's my response to them.\r

What you so negatively describe goes against the very grain and is counter to EVERY interaction that me and my countless clients have had with Ann Olsen and her staff at Casa de Amigos over the years. In fact, what you describe sounds terrible! I don?t know how you deal with all of these problems! There are 61 other communities in this market, countless apartment buildings, condos, and single family residences.\r

If it's SO bad, please.... call me or one of my associates... I think they'll agree, we'll be happy to help you move!
Pros: FRIENDLY, gracious, compassionate staff, clean grounds, efficient and effective management
Cons: A small eclectic group of chronic complainers
