I?ve been a resident of Casa de Amigos for almost five years. In those five years of living here I have nothing but respect for Ann Olsen. After reading a couple of the negative reviews, I was amazed of how disrespectful people are. Most of these individuals forget to understand Ann?s main priority is to secure the well being of the residents. So when time of chaos comes such like the power shortages, people tend to over react and instead throw a fit like little children. But in the end , Ann is only human, and you must understand that during these incidents she is put under a lot of pressure and stress. Then maybe some of you who think negatively of Ann, could relate to what she goes through and have some consideration.
