This place is the worst place I've ever subjected myself and my family to. The manager Kim l, is the most useless thing since single ply paper plates ! She never responded to phone calls, never in the office and has never ever come through the property to see what's going on. I've had to call the police so many times that they actually told me to stop calling because the management company was not doing anything about the noise complaints. I've always paid my rent on time, not a single issue with that, however I was told on a Thursday afternoon by management that I was moving to the top of the list for a 3 bedroom and Saturday during non business hours I received a noticed on the door stating their not renewing my lease for June and today is March 15th. \r
This was management being spiteful because I filed a complaint with the city because they were not maintaining the parking lot for ice & snow removal as well as never uncovered the file hydrants and placed all the snow in the FIRE ZONE area in case of emergencies our building which sits side ways, would not be able to be reached. I asked repeatedly for this to be taken care (7 times) directly to manager Kim and nothing got done. Spoke to CADY MANAGEMENT directly and the next day it was done! \r
This manager has her ""baby daddy"" learking around, dumpster diving through peoples personal garbage and the maintenance staff is useless and creepy. They've had high level sex offenders living here without notifications as well as multiple drug raids and warrant searches.. This is not a place to raise your family, by any means. Its too bad because with proper management, this could be a great place.
