Great Customer Service 3/22/2011

We had a problem with a bad cartridge + an important deadline ... we showed up at the door as they were closing ... not only did he reopen for us but he replaced the bad cartridge (and we purchased another). Really appreciated the extra customer attention. I plan to continue to use them for my printer cartridge needs! more

Impressed with their products and services! 3/3/2011

My office used Cartridge World for the first time and I was impressed. In addition to good prices, the customer service was excellent. As we're a corporate account, they offer a delivery service... that's a real bonus! So far it's been working out so well I can't imagine going anywhere else! more
