We had a problem with a bad cartridge + an important deadline ... we showed up at the door as they were closing ... not only did he reopen for us but he replaced the bad cartridge (and we purchased another).
Really appreciated the extra customer attention. I plan to continue to use them for my printer cartridge needs!
