I hate that the best vet in that I have found is closing her doors as Dr.Zerco is the best vet that I have fond in a long time and it breaks my heart to see you go. You will be missed and Viper, Vader, and jake will miss you as I too will miss you and we love you and will miss you very much so and after all these years I hate to see you go but I hope that God will have a way to bring you back as I and my animals will miss you so much. God be with you and I will be praying for you as you will be missed very much so. Thank you for taking such good care of our animals and us for that matter when it came to them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE we took in a lab puppy that was 3 days old that was gasping and wining and was weak and they wouldn't give it a shot because i didn't have 60 dollars on me at that time i had half but they had to have full. from a animal lover i would never recommend them!!!!!! more

I really enjoyed my experience at Oak Mountain 01/7/11. Dr. Zercoe must have replaced some staff. The people I dealt with were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend a visit and will bring my pet back. more

I went there TODAY 7/2/10 and they were GREAT! I called three or four times before I went and every time was treated sweetly. I interacted with FOUR different people that work there and ALL were nice. No wait, helped with details, fairly priced. I highly recommend the place. more

Actually, I had terrible service just last week! I wish they would get an entire new staff because Zercoe is good but I will never return with that awful staff of hers! I wonder if she knows how they treat people? Maybe if they weren't so rude and disrespectful to people they would not have so many bad reviews everywhere. more

The office staff and especially ""Office Manager"" are extremely rude and disrespectful! And they try to rip you off! The prices they quote you over the phone are 5x less than what they actually charge you. Do not board unless you want animal back in horrible condition! Avoid!!! Cons: rude, rip offs, lies more

I'm not sure why everyone else has such problems with the hospital. I've had nothing but good experiences with the doctor and the staff. There have been a lot of changes in the staff over the last few months since I've been going there, maybe the problems from earlier have been worked out. more

This place is the best! I recently got a puppy, and have been taking her there to get her shots. The staff is amazing and is always excited to see us. They take the time to be friendly and get to know you. They really know what they're doing and get it done efficiently. I really wouldn't take my puppy anywhere else. The staff has gotten a ton better over the last couple of months, and I couldn't be happier with them! The doctor knows what she's doing and really cares about the animals. Awesome Place! Yes, I agree with you. The women that work there are EXTREMELY RUDE and do not know what they are doing at all. They sure try to rip you off thought. They tried to charge me $54 to trim my dogs nails when they told me it would be $9 over the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. more

This was the worst experience i have ever had.All of the women that work there are extremely rude. They made me wait for an hour and didn't even know what my name was after the 5Th time they asked me. They could not locate my file after an hour!The women weren't even looking for it!My dog and I sat there and watched these girls, not women just stand there when my dog needed a shot that would help her get better.An emergency came in and they still just stood there and didn't know what to do.I would not recommend this uncertified animal hospital to anyone, not even someone I did not care for. more

Honestly, I have never been so disappointed in any animal hospital. I took my dog in for a shot that normally takes 2 minutes at the most, and these women made me wait close to TWO HOURS!! They asked me for my name close to FOUR TIMES, they were not organized and did not communicate between each other. They did not even know where my file was even though i have been there many times. An emergency came in and these girls, not women just stood there, and had no idea what to do. They claimed that there was only one doctor and that is why they couldn't administer the shot, but a woman who was sitting in the waiting room talking had the nerve to call herself a doctor.After I approached these girls, i asked them how long it would be while they stood there and gossiped. They told me it would be a very long time, although i had waited for two hours. I have been to many animal hospitals and i have been there and these girls were capable of administering the shot to make my dog better and chose not to. They have no work ethic, and do not deserve any businiess.This animal hospital should be shut down, and do not give their patients any sort of service. I would not recommend Oak Mountain Animal Hospital to anyone!!!! Pros: NONE!!!!!!! Cons: Horrible serive, rude and inconsiderate staff, non- educated, and not suitable for any animal or human! more
