Carpets & Floors were very helpful. They did what they said they were going to do. They were interested in giving and providing a good price ratio. They were very flexible. This was our first time using their services, and it was a really good experience. more

I wasn't there to see Carpets & Floors do the work. I live on the East Coast, and they did the work on my second home, so I could not possibly tell you how they were. But what I can tell you is that we were very happy with what we saw when we checked it out last month. more

We have been using Carpets & Floors Inc. for almost 25 years now. As manager of the housekeeping department for 17 years, I am responsible for the meeting rooms and guest rooms, and Carpets & Floors has installed and replaced carpeting, throw rugs, and eco-friendly Marmoleum in the bathrooms, among other things. We are a not-for-profit and have some budget limitations, and they have been very accommodating. Everything they do, they do with passion and high standards. Their work is high quality. We are in Big Sur, about 45 miles away from them, but we often need things done right away because we have guests coming. They have done work on the spot for us. In all the years that we've been using their service, there have been very few glitches and they have always corrected them right away, even if it was a miscommunication issue on my end. I worked mainly with Darrel from Carpets & Floors Inc. He has been great about calling us back, accommodating us in our scheduling, and meeting our budget. He was very good that way and was very nice to work with. Though we used them once on another project years ago, this is the first time I've really actually worked with them. We had stopped by Carpets & Floors a couple of years ago and bought a remnant for an area rug and we were so pleased with it. We recently used their service again and they did two rooms for us. They were on time and called when they said they would. They took good care of us, provided good service, and good quality carpet. We have no complaints. more
