I worked mainly with Darrel from Carpets & Floors Inc. He has been great about calling us back, accommodating us in our scheduling, and meeting our budget. He was very good that way and was very nice to work with.
Though we used them once on another project years ago, this is the first time I've really actually worked with them. They worked hard to meet our needs and make the client happy. As long as the client is happy we are all good.
