We have been using Carpets & Floors Inc. for almost 25 years now. As manager of the housekeeping department for 17 years, I am responsible for the meeting rooms and guest rooms, and Carpets & Floors has installed and replaced carpeting, throw rugs, and eco-friendly Marmoleum in the bathrooms, among other things. We are a not-for-profit and have some budget limitations, and they have been very accommodating. Everything they do, they do with passion and high standards. Their work is high quality.
We are in Big Sur, about 45 miles away from them, but we often need things done right away because we have guests coming. They have done work on the spot for us. In all the years that we've been using their service, there have been very few glitches and they have always corrected them right away, even if it was a miscommunication issue on my end. Not only is Carpets & Floors a professional service, but the people who work there are absolutely delightful people to deal with.
