Carpet Spectrum did a great job, and I'm really happy with everything. They explained everything, and they did everything they said they were going to do. It was my first time using them. Their price was fair, and the installation was good. When I went to their outlet to look at the carpets, they were very helpful. I picked something out, and everything was first class! more

Very helpful and nice service 2/10/2014

I had carpeting and a kitchen floor put down through Carpet Spectrum. The guy came out here and was very helpful. He was also helpful when I went to the store and was picking out what I wanted. He was just a really nice guy! more

Carpet Spectrum installed a new vinyl floor for our kitchen. They were very helpful in the store. They have been around for a long time as a business, so we knew there wouldn't be any problems. If there were problems, we knew that they would address anything that came up. more

I was recommended to check out Carpet Spectrum. They were quite courteous and helped with the quality and price I was interested in. We came to an agreement and set up the installation date. The installers arrived on time and got everything put in. They even cleaned and vacuumed everything when they were finished. I was elated. more

New flooring 4/30/2013

Carpet Spectrum put new kitchen floor & new carpet thru the house. Thanks to their guidance we found the perfect selections for us. We love the new flooring and know we got the best deal we could have. Thanks Carpet Spectrum! more

They did a great job. 3/27/2013

They came out in a very timely manner. I had actually had an appointment set up with another company, and they never called to let me know when they were coming even though they were supposed to. They ended up coming out for a price quote, and kind of rushed through it. I had used Carpet Spectrum before for carpet, and was was going to use the other company for hardwood. I had Carpet Spectrum come out to do a price quote. They worked with my wife's schedule, and we went with them for the job. They showed up early for install, and did a great job. The price quote was right within range. more

Very knowledgeable about their products 1/28/2013

I didn't know much about the product (flooring) I was purchasing, I just knew what I wanted. Carpet Spectrum was able to take into account not only my wants, but could assess the needs of our building. The man who worked with me was able to see the needs of the hospital and the installation went smoothly. We have a linoleum floor and it looks real nice. more

This was my first experience buying carpeting, Carpet Spectrum made it pretty painless and walked us through. Everything I asked for was taken care of, and all my questions were answered. The service was on time and done professionally. They cleaned up afterwards and didn't leave a mess. The new carpet turned out well. more

Thank you so much for the wonderful job your team did. The cleaners did a great job. I cannot come up with a single suggestion for next time, because everything was done perfectly. I have a very stressful job and a 2-year old. Coming home to a clean house is a blessing. I can spend time with my son and husband and not worry about the mess. I look forward to the next visit. more

Excellent all around experience!!!!! 5/4/2012

Jason and his team went above and beyond with our house. They installed new carpet and tile floors, and redid our wood floors. The wood floors look better than new. I will highly recommend this comapany and have done so already. Feel free to come and look at my floors anytime. Also Jason also sent 2 excellent men over today to check out my dryer vent and they saved our house. It was so clogged. They even offered to dig a trench to solve the problem Kuddos to Jason's team of employee's. Thank you again. more
