They came out in a very timely manner. I had actually had an appointment set up with another company, and they never called to let me know when they were coming even though they were supposed to. They ended up coming out for a price quote, and kind of rushed through it. I had used Carpet Spectrum before for carpet, and was was going to use the other company for hardwood. I had Carpet Spectrum come out to do a price quote. They worked with my wife's schedule, and we went with them for the job. They showed up early for install, and did a great job. The price quote was right within range.
