I have no complaints with the HOA board which serves my Condo Community. They work directly with Caron and always have a great working relationship. Homeowner concerns are always dealt with in a timely manner...taking into account the time it takes to obtain solutions to homeowner concerns. Some homeowenrs expect miracles and display no patience. Usually waiting until the last minute to ask for help and then expect the property manager to jump instantly to their plight. All concerns are addressed by the managment company and by the board. Remember the HOA board is a volunteer group (they all have full time jobs) and put in many hours to work on community concerns.\r \r The few poor reviews are sent by a select few who are disgruntled no matter what help is given. yet they offer no help or solutions themselves...just complain. more

Homeowners within our community have reached a level of dissatisfaction with Caron Realty Inc. Homeowners continue to experience rude, condescending, and poor customer service. I recommend communicating with Mr. Hutchinson per concerns or complaints. Some homeowners have experienced better success with Mr. Hutchinson than other staff. Homeowners have begun the process of consulting legal assistance, documenting concerns & complaints, and researching options. We all have an investment in our community, kindness and courtesy are better than rudeness and condescending tone. I have had Caron Realty for my HOA's for the past 3 years!\r Since I have asked them to trim trees hitting the condo, and roof. They said they trim twice a year; well they have not been there since I have owned the place!\r They have un-accounted for items on there list that they do not take care of and never have. \r And finally they are using my power outlets for their workers microwaves, tools, etc. as well as\r MY FRONT PORCH as a meeting / gathering area and pick nic area!\r So, why do they say yes and never produce. \r Lack of respect for residence!\r Poor property management. \r And continually raise fees & costs but, do nothing in return?!!?!\r Sincerely\r P.O. - ed\r Pros: ..... We had a flood at our condo from the outside and contacted our HOA-CR. It has taken them a month to fix the inside of the room that was flooded. We have been pushed around from day one and when you call to complain or get answers they blame you. I have never been treated so crappy from any company the way that they have treated us. At first we thought we would be treated great but it has gone straight down hill. We pay for all the amenities but don’t receive them. Snow removal does not happen and maintenance is terrible. more

Caron realty use to manage our condos. They never remove the snow or paint outside. On the other hand, they excel at charging high management fee. more
