Homeowners within our community have reached a level of dissatisfaction with Caron Realty Inc. Homeowners continue to experience rude, condescending, and poor customer service. I recommend communicating with Mr. Hutchinson per concerns or complaints. Some homeowners have experienced better success with Mr. Hutchinson than other staff. Homeowners have begun the process of consulting legal assistance, documenting concerns & complaints, and researching options. We all have an investment in our community, kindness and courtesy are better than rudeness and condescending tone. It's not to much to expect better service, it's your hard earned money and investment.
