Carol is very competent and dependable. She has been my State Farm agent for almost 15 years and has treated me as if I were her favorite sister. She has not only given me excellent advice re my insurance needs, but also financial investments. To sum it up, Carol is simply the BEST!!!! more

Quick to answer questions 3/2/2012

Carol Flores and her team have worked with my family for the past 8 years. She does a great job with meeting with us every year or so for a full review. I was with my previous company 20 years and they never contacted me! Her staff are friendly, professional and really quick to answer our questions. Our last claim was handled quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend State Farm and the Carol Flores agency. more

High Integrity and Great Service 10/30/2008

Carol is one of the best State Farm agents you can find in the area. She is there from morning to night (not common with other agency owners) and honestly cares about your insurance needs and family.Her staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and they are on top of things. When you ask for a call back in 6 months about a product---you get it.Certainly a great State Farm Agent who encompasses everything that State Farm the company is all about.
