Carol Flores and her team have worked with my family for the past 8 years. She does a great job with meeting with us every year or so for a full review. I was with my previous company 20 years and they never contacted
me! Her staff are friendly, professional and really quick to answer our questions. Our last claim was handled quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend State Farm and the Carol Flores agency.
