I called Carney Plumbing first thing in the morning and spoke with Jose (who was very courteous and answered all my questions). He setup the time slot for 12-4. Bill showed up around 3, and diagnosed the problem. He got started right away. After he repaired the leaking shut-off valves, he discovered that my drain line was clogged solid. He quoted me a price, and I agreed to the added cost, and took care of the clog. He suggested that I replace the drain line, because the cast iron was showing its age, and the sludge would continue to build up. Bill answered all my questions and was very friendly, even though it was at the end of the day. I appreciate that kind of professionalism. I found their prices to be a little steep, but as I said above, I did agree to the service. So there is really no room for complaint. The fact that the job got taken care of in the same day that I called definitely softened the blow to my wallet. I would definitely use Carney Plumbing again
