Just needed to upgrade 4/15/2011

The old [heating and cooling] system, a Trane, worked faithfully for us in the past 27 years. Never failed, very reliable. We just needed to upgrade to a high-efficiency unit. more

Great experience and great advice from them 4/1/2011

Unfortunately this (replacing HVAC system) was a decision made under some duress – [our] existing unit broke down with limited time or options to select a suitable replacement – no heat in the middle of Feb doesn’t afford the opportunity to ‘shop around.’ That said, the Trane unit appears to be an excellent choice and [Carney’s] reputation certainly helped in the decision to proceed with buying a new Trane unit. I was relying solely on the advice of [Carney’s Comfort Advisor] – while doing quick but limited due diligence on the internet. more

Both the salesperson and the installers answered questions and explained system features so clearly and completely, that I felt very comfortable with my choices.  Add to that a great price and a very helpful office staff and you’ve got one very satisfied customer!  You can’t make the best better, but other companies could take lessons from them!” more

Polite and considerate, great company to have out there 2/8/2011

It is rare for me to rate a company so highly in all performance areas.  From the initial inquiry through after-installation follow-up, all functional areas of the company exceeded expectations.  The installers were two of the most professional that I have experienced.  Timely, informative, and sensitive to their customers, they frequently asked questions regarding our preferences BEFORE proceeding.  Polite and considerate, and when the workday ended, one could not tell that they had been there.  Great team!  Keep up the good work more

Right choice in hiring them 12/21/2010

From the initial visit with Joe - his ability to answer my questions in a professional, friendly and experienced manner, explaining equipment and options, to the working crew (who knew what they were doing every step of the way) we absolutely felt confident on our choice of this company to do this job! From the office staff confirming all appts, to the crew showing up on time and getting the work done and cleaning up each day, to the end result (new heating and C/A system) we could not be happier! Approx 3 weeks after our systems were done, we noticed our very old oil tank had sprung a small leak- we called Carney right away and they came out the same day- plugged the leak and priced a new tank for us immediately and the work was completed in a few days! We cannot praise this company enough and know we made the right choice in hiring them!! more
